Refund Policy

Cancel any time — but billed months are non-refundable. Read on for the specifics and the exceptions.

How subscriptions work

Subscriptions to Dus.Tools (currently Starter at $9/mo and Creator at $19/mo) are billed monthly in advance. Each charge buys you a month of access. Subscriptions auto-renew on the same day each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal (reachable from the upgrade modal inside any prompt builder once you're subscribed). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the time you've already paid for, then your account drops to the free tier on the renewal date and isn't charged again.

Refunds

Standard policy: no refunds on already-billed months. Once a month has been charged and access has been granted, that month is non-refundable. This applies whether or not you used your AI run quota for that month.

Exceptions — we'll refund in these cases

We'll refund your most recent charge, no questions asked, if any of the following applies:

To request a refund under one of these, email dusrawling@gmail.com from the email on your account. Mention which case applies. We'll refund via Stripe within 5 business days.

Outside those cases

If a refund request falls outside the cases above, email us anyway. We're a small operation and we read every message — if there's a genuine reason (e.g., a major bug we caused, you misunderstood what the product does, a billing problem), we'll often refund as a goodwill gesture. We don't promise it.

One-time charges (future)

Currently the only purchases are monthly subscriptions. If we add one-time products in the future (credit packs, lifetime tier add-ons, etc.) the refund policy for those will be added here.
